Nana Ramen

Ramen is a staple of Japanese cuisine, but Nana Ramen offers an experience that's both authentic and fresh. Here are a few reasons why Nana Ramen is a standout:

1. Authentic Ramen with a Personal Touch

At Nana Ramen, each bowl is crafted with care, ensuring that every ingredient complements the next. Whether you’re ordering the classic Tonkotsu or the spicy Miso Ramen, you’ll taste the quality of the broth that has been simmered for hours to create that deep, rich flavor. The restaurant’s unique twist lies in its focus on using locally-sourced ingredients, giving each bowl a fresh and personalized touch. It’s this commitment to quality that makes the ramen here so memorable.

2. Vibrant Atmosphere and Welcoming Service

The moment you step into Nana Ramen, you’re greeted by a warm and vibrant atmosphere. The modern decor mixed with Japanese influences creates an inviting environment perfect for a casual meal with friends or a romantic dinner. What truly sets Nana Ramen apart, however, is the service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and happy to recommend dishes, whether you’re a first-timer or a ramen connoisseur.

3. Innovative Ramen Dishes and Specialties

While Nana Ramen excels in the traditional ramen offerings, what really makes it stand out are its innovative dishes. From their Miso Ramen with roasted pork belly to their Vegetarian Ramen loaded with fresh veggies, there’s something for everyone. If you’re a fan of rich broths and perfectly cooked noodles, you’re in for a treat. The special seasonal ramen, which changes regularly, also adds excitement for repeat visitors. Whether you’re craving something hearty or light, Nana Ramen’s diverse menu never disappoints.

4. Quality Beyond the Noodles

Aside from ramen, Nana Ramen also offers a range of appetizers and sides that elevate your dining experience. Don’t miss out on their Gyoza—crispy and savory dumplings that pair perfectly with a hot bowl of ramen. If you’re craving something lighter, try their Edamame or the Seaweed Salad, both of which offer a refreshing contrast to the rich ramen broth. The drink menu is also worth noting, with unique beverages such as House-made Lemonade and traditional Japanese Sake that complement the meal perfectly.

5. Perfect for Groups and Solo Diners Alike

One of the best features of Nana Ramen is its versatility. Whether you're out with a group or looking for a solo dining experience, this restaurant caters to all. The atmosphere is relaxed, so you can enjoy a quiet meal or hang out with friends. The seating is comfortable, and you can choose between small tables for intimate dinners or larger ones for group meals.

The Perfect Spot for a Delicious and Memorable Meal

If you haven’t yet experienced Nana Ramen, you're missing out on one of Brooklyn’s hidden gems. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, it offers not only an authentic taste of Japan but also a memorable dining experience that keeps customers coming back for more. From the rich broths to the friendly service, every detail has been thought of. Nana Ramen stands as a perfect example of how a local restaurant can blend tradition with innovation to offer something truly special.

Nana ramen is my favorite ramen spot in bed stuy. Veggie ramen here is highly recommended. Service here can be a bit slow but it's because it's often quite full. It is also cash only which is a pain, so plan ahead. But I love coming back here all the same

For my last sit-down meal in Brooklyn, my sister took me to her local ramen spot which is Nana Ramen. It's a small and cozy restaurant with plenty of ramen options to choose from. I decided on the kimchi ramen (added minced pork) and the sausage appetizer. The sausage and karaage (that my sister ordered) were great! A meal could easily be made from these two apps alone. The kimchi ramen was perfect. Soup tasted mildly like kimchi chigae but a much lighter version. I enjoyed all of the toppings in the ramen, too (corn, seaweed. Bok choy, kimchi). It wasn't overwhelming and there were plenty of noodles, too! Service was fine, albeit a little slow at times but there seems to be only one lady that is overseeing the FOH. Also - this place is CASH ONLY.

I think Nana Ramen is not very authentic Japanese? Curry ramen has coconut milk in it, so it definitely has a Thai-influence. I was expecting the brown Japanese curry flavor, so that was a bit disappointing. There's also bokchoy in it, so it's confusing. I don't hate the black tonkatsu, but the soft-boiled egg doesn't work in ramen like this. And there's only 1/2 of it. Again, I expected the soy-marinated one. The chicken karaage is good, and I like the crispy batter with the skin on. Overall, Nana Ramen's food gets 3.5/5. Decent prices for nyc! Staff mask, and service is fast for a Fri night dine-in. Interior is nice and modern, and I like the industrial light fixtures! CASH ONLY! If you're hungry, it's a decent spot for Asian food in the area. I don't think I will be back.

What can I say about good ramen? It's freaking good. Spicy miso had a good kick but honestly wasn't too spicy, could've had more heat. But the broth was really flavorful, I didn't let a single drop go to waste! Nice small ramen spot! Cash only though!! But luckily there is an ATM inside the shop in case you need it.

Was craving ramen again and decided to grab a bowl here for take out during lunch hour. I ordered the Black Tonkotsu ramen and it was packaged nicely with the soup in a separate pint. It hit the spot - nice springy noodles, Japanese wood ear, two slices of chashu, a soft boiled egg in a flavorful broth. Restaurant was very quiet during a weekday lunch hour and service was friendly. Cash only though - $17.40 in total.
